Maintenance

Inspections are the first line of defense to keep your abatement system running at optimum condition while complying with environmental regulations. Dürr offers inspection programs to suit your needs with full and detailed reports including recommendations, following the visit.  Regular inspections assist in:

  • Preventing loss of production
  • Improving energy efficiency
  • Increasing capacity
  • Maintaining compliance

 

Upon completion of the inspection and delivery of the service report, a Dürr representative will work to put together a comprehensive plan to cost effectively make the necessary abatement system improvements, repairs, and upgrades around your shutdown schedules.  Dürr technicians and personnel are available for most any schedule, which includes weekends, holidays, and around the clock.

Dürr additionally provides maintenance repairs and services for your entire system or individual components such as:

  • Fans
  • Heat exchangers
  • Burners
  • Secondary heat recovery


As for any aftermarket service, Dürr will inspect and maintain any manufacturer’s air pollution control system, which includes Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers, Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers, Adsorption Systems, Recuperative Oxidizers, Catalytic Oxidizers and more.

A Dürr representative can also work to develop detailed maintenance programs for your abatement system.  Maintenance programs can cover a wide range of topics like:
